Early Years is an amazing sector to work in and it is such a rewarding job. I am passionate about raising the standards of care and education for all children and I feel that quality should be at the heart of training our future practitioners. I aim to inspire practitioners to reach their full potential.
The Early Years sector has faced many challenges over recent years, and I have listened to employers and learners outline their frustrations with training requirements. It is with this in mind that I want to make a difference to the experience that both learners and employers have through the training programmes that I offer, ensuring a unique journey to develop the knowledge skills and behaviours to becoming the quality practitioner that children deserve.
