Trainees are an affordable way for businesses to develop new talent. Typically, apprentices are paid lower wages than fully qualified employees, making an effective hiring and training method.
Your nursery will benefit from trainees by developing skilled and motivated employees, trainees will learn on the job and can apply their learning directly to their work, which can boost productivity.
Trainees are a HUGE investment that businesses should consider for the long term stability in the staff team – trainees commit themselves to the company and its values.
We all know the troubles in the Nursery sector currently – no staff! Skills gaps can be addressed by trainees that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of nursery.
Two payment plans are available, with the option of paying the full fee up front or making monthly payments.
In order to assess existing knowledge and experience, an initial assessment will be conducted. Using this information, we will be able to create a learning plan that is tailored specifically to you.
A sign-up meeting will be held with the learner and manager, involving registration and discussion of expectations on all sides.
A demonstration will be given on how to access and use the OneFile learning platform.
An initial review date will be set during this meeting, and a planned end date will be provided.
Once the learner has registered, a welcome pack will be sent to them with plenty of interesting goodies!
